For once I'm not talking about Joss Whedon's great tv show but about real fireflies. Or glowworms...I just had to walk the dogs to the forest's edge and there were lots of those tiny little creatures. It had something magical, calming and peaceful. The whole forest seemed enchanted. Sure, I've seen fireflies before. But I can't remember when or if I ever saw so many of them together. Gliding through the air like little dots of green light. Some daring to fly rather high and not near to the ground like most of them. Some even flew by my face while most of them stopped to glow when I came nearer unless I stood really quiet and motionless for a while. Unfortunately I had to get back and bring the dogs back home. I wished to sit down right in the middle of them. It was easy to imagine them to be little faries...
Okay, that was all that I had to get rid of.

bin gerade zurück von meinem "Feierabendbierchen", hat wesentlich länger gedauert als erwartet und war doch etwas mehr als nur ein Bier...*g*
Sonst nix Neues von hier, denk ich (soweit ich noch denken kann....)
Nur noch ne Frage: Heißt "Firefly" nicht "Libelle"?? Aber du meintest ja Glühwürmchen...
Okay, geh jetzt lieber mal ins Bett. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen will ich ja morgen schon wieder um 9 anfangen...
